O God our Father, Author of all Life, you created mankind in your own image and sanctified human flesh by the Incarnation of your Son, Jesus. Divinity entered into our fallen world through the birth of a Child, offering salvation and eternal life to all who would receive Him. We beg you to protect the lives of the pre-born and inspire us to be witnesses and champions for life. The blood of millions of innocent babies cries out to Heaven for justice. Hear our prayers and end this holocaust that denies the right to life to countless children, who would brighten and bless our world. Through the example of the Blessed Virgin Mary & St. Joseph, soften the hearts of mothers and fathers to welcome new life, not destroy it. By your Holy Spirit, convict the hearts of abortion providers and pro-abortion law makers, especially those that claim to be Catholics, to know of their guilt that stands before your justice, and the hope of your mercy if they cease and repent. By your holy angels, protect the unborn from the moment of conception and let no harm be done to them before or after their birth. Through the intercession of the Saints in glory, inspire Bishops, clergy and all your faithful to persevere and never grow weary of promoting a culture of life. May we be ceaseless advocates for the pre-born and help change unjust laws by our votes, letters and peaceful protests. With courageous and unified voices, may we condemn abortion and infanticide as evil, no matter how much these vile and disgusting acts are applauded by our blinded culture; a culture which fails to see the gift that each new human life is. Lord, have mercy on us for allowing the evil of abortion to be enshrined into our laws - may the light of Christ extinguish all counterfeit lights and may your people, once again, choose life. Amen.
